The photography exhibition “Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center: View from the Cranes” is presented at the French Institute of Greece, as part of the Athens International Film Festival.
The images by Yiorgis Yerolymbos are taken at the construction site of the SNFCC construction site.
“Top view: the image of the space from above. Looking at the ground flying from a long distance, there is no doubt that the prospect organizes everything: the space in front of the lens as well as the formation behind him. Every time, in every flight on a crane above the construction site, I look for words trying to express what I am experiencing.” Yiorgis Yerolymbos.
